So I used to think that hosting a dinner Party meant that you had to go super all Out spend days cooking and now I'm too Tired so I chose a really really simple Menu so that way I can actually just Spend time doing the things that I Really enjoy which are like setting a Really cute table and making a menu That's like custom and silly you can get This whole menu done in under 2 hours What I would recommend is starting with This irvy yogurt feta dip which needs to Sit in the fridge for about an hour then You can move into the D rice or you can Make that ahead and reheat then prep the Little bits and bobs for your Non-alcoholic lemon cocktail and then Salmon that like Cooks slowly in olive Oil and the cucumber and avocado salad And you can do those both at the same Time then move into your strawberry Spoon cake which is really gooey and Yummy and Jammy you really don't have to Be a talented Baker it comes together in One bowl so that makes it all the easier It doesn't really matter what the food Is necessarily like if you have a lot of People and you like have some food like That's a party
Have you ever wondered why most of the Vinaigrettes in the grocery store are made with 10, 20, sometimes even almost 30 ingredients? I remember growing up in Provence watching my mother whipping vinaigrettes before every single dinner. She would mix in a giant bowl, delicious extra virgin olive oil, a robust aged vinegar (the flavor would depend on the main dish), sea salt and pepper and voila! I decided to do the same thing for my family and friends more than 20 years ago here in this beautiful country. And Provence Kitchen® was born. Stay tune for more articles and wonderful family recipes..
