Should give it 10 stars. Fantastic! I buy the Dijon mustard vinaigrette 6 at a time and go through it so fast because everyone loves it --and asked what it is. The great thing is it's made right in MA. I discovered this kind of dressing when in Paris and never could duplicate it with my own recipe. Then one day I stumbled upon Provence Kitchens and order directly from them-- and encourage you to! PERFECT to give to foodies, when you bring potluck, for any holiday, summer picnic, even a housewarming or host gift. I also use it to marinate and instead of Mayo on call slaw, chicken or tuna salad, etc. and so healthy for you.
