Have you ever seen anything cuter than a Cinnamon toast cookie which is basically A dessert Crouton to make them cut white Bread into 1in cubes and then toss it in A mixture of melted butter cinnamon and Sugar put it on a baking sheet and bake It until the bread is crisp and golden Then shower a little bit more cinnamon Sugar on top for a little Sparkle wait Until they're cool and then eat them as Fast as you can

Have you ever wondered why most of the Vinaigrettes in the grocery store are made with 10, 20, sometimes even almost 30 ingredients? I remember growing up in Provence watching my mother whipping vinaigrettes before every single dinner. She would mix in a giant bowl, delicious extra virgin olive oil, a robust aged vinegar (the flavor would depend on the main dish), sea salt and pepper and voila!
