Hi I'm Scott Lo and welcome to my fridge The absolute favorite part of the fridge Is actually on the outside and it's These little goldfish magnets they look So real that I just want to eat them i Think the most important thing on the Top is that we at all times have dark Chocolate peanut butter cups in here the Rest of the top is usually like what's For dinner like this is chicken that we Took out of the freezer we always have Plain yogurt for like dips or something Like that this is leftover chili crisp From Sulie's chili oil wanttons that we Made this is inspired by Genevieve's Fridge tour she had a chocolate shelf And I came home and I said "We need a Chocolate shelf." Instead we made a Chocolate bin we probably go through one Of these Tony's chocolates every week it Kind of balances out the peanut butter Cups a little bit we always have these Like California dates they're just Delicious our pre-dinner snack is always Cheese crackers and dates with often Some sort of cured meat or something a Raspberry jam that I made that I swirled In an ice cream that I made leftover Vegan Caesar salad dressing most Important thing in the fridge I think is Actually so we keep all of our cheese in This cheese bin which I think is like Designed for berries and then the cheese Is wrapped in this beeswax stuff and I
Don't know if it's the bin if it's the Beeswax if it's both but like our cheese Lasts months longer than any cheese I've Ever kept in a fridge and we always have Craft singles for like a bacon egg Cheese but there's always milk there's Always cream for making ice cream which I do a lot spoiler so I also always have A lot of egg whites after you make ice Cream cuz you just use the yolks i Always put them in a container i always Say I'm going to make an angel food cake I never make an angel food cake we love These half and half teas there's a Bottle of wine almond milk for the Smoothies there's a loose Corona back There that no one's ever going to drink We always have a ton of limes for like a Cocktail or a margarita or something and Then this is the like what are we having For dinner this week kind of thing There's broccoli carrots cut up celery And radish and some bok choy and then The bottom drawer is just seltzers Mostly because I don't ever want someone To be at our apartment and open the Fridge looking for a drink and they Didn't see anything and then they just Like went back to the party thirsty i Would be devastated so I wanted to make It very clear that there are plenty of Seltzers available to you the oldest Thing in the fridge is the sourdough Starter which we got from Claire Sappit
Who made a sourdough video with us but I'm saying it's the oldest thing because The starter was alive before I got it so It's got some history the newest thing Is probably this vanilla yogurt that my Partner bought we don't eat vanilla Yogurt i don't know what it's doing here But it's definitely the newest thing the Most expensive thing is probably like a Block of Parmesan cheese something needs To go probably this leftover rice and These sad strawberries

Have you ever wondered why most of the Vinaigrettes in the grocery store are made with 10, 20, sometimes even almost 30 ingredients? I remember growing up in Provence watching my mother whipping vinaigrettes before every single dinner. She would mix in a giant bowl, delicious extra virgin olive oil, a robust aged vinegar (the flavor would depend on the main dish), sea salt and pepper and voila! I decided to do the same thing for my family and friends more than 20 years ago here in this beautiful country. And Provence Kitchen® was born. Stay tune for more articles and wonderful family recipes..
