I lived above a junior's cheesecake for A year and if you're not by a junior's Cheesecake, you can make it at home. I Like this cheesecake because it really Puts the cake in cheesecake. The sponge Layer has a teeny bit of lemon extract. It gives it a hit of brightness with the Creamy filling. The flavor of this Cheesecake is just so pristine.
