So I do have a second freezer we can see The second freezer this is our ice cream Freezer it has more than just ice cream In it but I make a lot of homemade ice Cream and it just wasn't cutting it in The other room so we got a new freezer This basket right here is actually not Even about the ice cream this is all Just cookie dough peanut butter cookies We've got ginger cookies we've got Chocolate strawberry cookies but most Importantly we always have chocolate Chip cookies ready to go we always need Access to cookies this is how I Transport ice cream places this is an Ice cream thermos essentially a pint Will slot right in it'll like keep it For like 4 hours this is all just nuts Peanuts pecans the vegan seeds is no Joke here we always have so many cashews To make that dressing there's pistachios In here somewhere i make pistachio ice Cream a lot down here is this is like The flowers that we don't use that often So like almond flour semolina flour some Whole wheat flour white rice flour first I got to show off this is the last Remaining piece of my partner's ice Cream cake that I made him it's a layer Of dark chocolate ice cream that has a Raspberry ripple a layer of fudge a Layer of magic shell coated Oreos layer Of pistachio ice cream and then on the Outside is a raspberry frosting usually
If someone's coming over they are either Eating ice cream while they're here or They're leaving with a pint of ice cream We've got cookies and cream this is a Coffee ice cream with brownie through it These are both vanilla this has a Blackberry jam through it with brownie Pieces we do still buy ice cream my Favorite Vanluin flavor and it just Comes out around the holidays so we Stock up on that when that comes out This is a peanut butter cup ice cream This has some of those peanut butter Cups from the fridge in it it has a Peanut butter magic shell and a Chocolate magic shell rippled throughout These are actually the brownie pieces This recipe is by Salt and Straw these Brownie pieces are designed to be soft When frozen so I always have these in Here similarly like this is a coconut Caramel I made for an ice cream flavor This is a strawberry basil jam I made That I rippled through a corn ice cream Once a Concord grape jam I made which I Rippled through a sour cream ice cream This is like for coconut ice creams they Usually call for like coconut cream and One of the tubs of egg whites that I Tend to save and never use for things But it's in here if I ever want to make That angel food cake and my fingers are So cold we keep this one at -15 I think Whereas like a normal freezer is more
Around like -1 to -4 and that just means The ice cream freezes in its like Perfect state faster and it means it Lasts longer and it tastes better when You're eventually scooping it
