I became obsessed with Lano beef noodle Soup I tried 16 different versions to Arrive at the three I loved the most the First one is called 1915 Lano hand Pulled noodles the noodles are hand Pulled to order and you can watch them Pulling and stretching and separating The dough and the noodles are sturdy and Strong but they have this really Unyielding bite and the broth is really Fragrant they use Australian cows which Allegedly have a beefier flavor and the Chili oil is really fragrant but it's Not spicy the second bowl noodles I had That I loved was at a place called Old Sport this is a Halal version I was Obsessed with this broth it's so Aromatic the owner took me down to the Basement and showed me a bucket of like 20 spices that he'll bloom in a little Bit of broth so you get this like Instant sinus Awakening effect when the Bowl arrives at your table his chili oil Is just it's crunchy but it's not fiery It's like a very subtle but elegant soup And then the third one which I feel like Was very different is from ljo handmade Noodles this broth is cloudy it is Savory it is salty it is spicy it Reminded me of like my favorite packaged Instant Ramen and had all of that like Salty nostalgic hangover curing Satisfaction

Have you ever wondered why most of the Vinaigrettes in the grocery store are made with 10, 20, sometimes even almost 30 ingredients? I remember growing up in Provence watching my mother whipping vinaigrettes before every single dinner. She would mix in a giant bowl, delicious extra virgin olive oil, a robust aged vinegar (the flavor would depend on the main dish), sea salt and pepper and voila! I decided to do the same thing for my family and friends more than 20 years ago here in this beautiful country. And Provence Kitchen® was born. Stay tune for more articles and wonderful family recipes..
