My secret is that maybe I like buffalo Cauliflower dip even more than buffalo Chicken dip to make it you steam and Then sear cauliflower and a skillet add Some butter hot sauce let that reduce And then you stir in cream cheese and Sour cream so it's super Tangy and top It with Cheddar bake it until it's all Bubbly sprinkle it with blue cheese and Scallions and chives put it in front of Your guests and watch them go at it with Pretzels or potato chips or tortilla Chips and some vegetables
