I have a deep deep deep love for rice Pudding to me there's nothing more Comforting than a pot of rice and milk Simmering on the stove the sound of it Is so nice and the feel of stirring that Warm milk as it thickens is just so cozy This recipe uses jasmine rice which I Think leads to a really fragrant pudding I topped this rice pudding with a salted Caramel it adds a little bit of Bitterness and a little bit of extra Sweetness and a lot more Dimension to The rice pudding
