These are my peanut butter and chocolate Swirl cookies this is my Riff on those Three ingredient peanut butter cookies I Just have eggs peanut butter and sugar I Just added a little cocoa powder and Some chopped chocolate to make them Extra special once you roll them out Into balls you press them down with a Sugar glass to ensure even spreading and Add a little bit of crunch I always eat These cookies down the middle so that I Can make sure to get a little bit of Chocolate and a little bit of peanut Butter in every bite
Have you ever wondered why most of the Vinaigrettes in the grocery store are made with 10, 20, sometimes even almost 30 ingredients? I remember growing up in Provence watching my mother whipping vinaigrettes before every single dinner. She would mix in a giant bowl, delicious extra virgin olive oil, a robust aged vinegar (the flavor would depend on the main dish), sea salt and pepper and voila!
