This might look like a really bad pore Of beer but it's actually the exact Opposite the pore style is called moo Which is check slang for milk these Beers are poured using a very specific Kind of tap in the last couple of years These very specific kind of TAPS from The Czech Republic have started to enter The United States and it allows Brewers To make these check pores one person I Interviewed described the foam as Frosting on a cake so by the that logic The Malo is all frosting it's really Sweet it's dessert like it has this Mouth feel that's very thick and creamy It's kind of like this creamy dense Network of bubbles on top and it brings Out these notes in the beer that they're Just much more fragrant and aromatic What do you think would you drink a cup Full of beer foam
